Caf-lib dissolved in 1 cup boiling water (or substitute 1 cup strong coffee / Matcha green tea)

vanilla almond milk unsweetened

Organic Pumpkin Puree (I used Farmer's Market Brand)

Maple Syrup

Vanilla extract

Pumpkin Seed Protein powder

pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend (Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Store in a spice jar.)

Instructions
In a small pot, over medium heat, combine.
Whisk occasionally until steaming, using care to keep from reaching a boil.
Pour into a mug or two and enjoy!
